NNC’s undertook the groundworks package at the Melton Mowbray Cattle Market. Works ranged from deep drainage diversions & RC foundations to precisely setting out of bolt boxes & pennage sleeves to the underside of the groundfloor slab. All works were planned and executed on programme given due consideration to the “live” project environement we were working on. I would not hesitate to use NNC again.
NNC worked alongside Kiers to deliver this new HQ and teaching facility for Natural England in a live nature reserve. The project was not without its challenges. Nesting seasons created programme constraints and the main bridge entrance to the project was deemed unsafe to use part way through the build. Through all this NNC continued to go above and beyond to ensure programme, budget and quality consideraions were met at all stages. NNC were a key component of this projects successful delivery.
NNC’s were approached directly due to the high profile nature of this project to deliver the groundworks package. From our experience on several previous schemes we knew we could rely on them to deliver this flagship project and work with us to ensure its success. NNC’s ability to perform and function as a key project partner meant that we were able to deliver a scheme which exceeded our clients expectations.
